Our Team

Ken Lumley

Senior Pastor
I joined the staff at OHills in 2007 after a brief time as the interim pastor. I'm from a small town near Omaha, Nebraska. I have 3 beautiful kids: Alexis, Isaiah, and Jonathan.  Currently, I'm studying to get my Doctorate in Transformational Discipleship.  My favorite hobby/past time is Fantasy Football.  Like a lot!

Stephen Crisman

Associate Pastor
I came on staff at OHills in 2014.  I grew up in the St.Louis area. My wife Lauren and I were formally the HS Pastors but now we are focusing on the assimilation of everyone who comes into the doors.  We have two beautiful children.  I'm slightly addicted to Sergios!  First name basis with most of the staff at the Osage Beach location.

Linell Muse

Worship Pastor
I came to OHills in the fall of 2017.My wife Amanda, and I were married the winter of 2017 and moved here from the suburbs of Chicago.  I went to college to get a BA in Business but followed the drive and desire to work in ministry.  I love all things peanut butter.  Hate all things pickle related.  Thanks to some new friends here I'm slowly becoming a lover of board games.

Saxton Green

Youth Minister
I started my journey at OHills in 2022, I am the Youngest of three, so you know I'm the favorite! I enjoy trying new things, I like to think of myself as a hobby collector, but above all golfing is my favorite! Currently I am pursuing a degree in Christian Ministry, and plan to go on for my masters in Student psychology! Big into games of both the board and video kind, and I have an unnecessary  amount of movie/music knowledge. HUGE @MariahCarey fan #SweetSweetFantasy

LaDonna Beckmeyer

Childrens Pastor
I have called Osage Hills home since 2000. I have been on staff here since 2008. Prior to that I started “I Wonder Y Preschool" in Camdenton. I Directed and taught there for 13 years. I have been married to my husband Boyd since 1980. We had 4 babies in 4 1/2 years, Cayla, Kyle, Caitlin and Courtney. Kids are my favorite thing on earth. I love their honesty, and curiosity. They are little sponges, willing and ready to learn anything we want to teach them. That's why I believe children’s ministry is so important. My favorite quote is "If we don’t teach children to love the Lord, the world will teach them not to.” Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
