I moved to the lake in 2002 from Illinois. I have been married to my amazing husband Mark since 1986.  We have two incredible sons, a fabulous daughter-in-law, and the two smartest and most beautiful grandchildren that I’ve ever known. (Isn’t that how people introduce themselves on game shows? But it’s true…;) I have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from SIU Carbondale.  I have worked as a teacher, as a marketing coordinator, and as a graphic designer. All of those skills have come in handy here in the office, where I’ve worked since 2018.  God is constantly on the move here at OHills and it is most evident from my chair, where I see people both in need and abundance, in grief and laughter, in stress and peace, and always in God’s sunlight stepping up to meet the challenges that come with church life.
