WHY ARE WE GOING TO EUTAW ALABAMA?    
A: Eutaw, Alabama is an underprivileged community in a rural area 30 minutes south of Tuscaloosa. There are a group of 4 missionaries that have been working with the community for a number of years, in order to help raise up the next generation as Christian leaders in the community. WHAT ARE THE DATES?    
A: We would pull out of the church parking lot after church on July 14th. and return the evening of the 20th.

HOW WILL WE BE TRAVELING?    
 A: We will be taking large passenger vehicles. I.E. busses or vans, depending on the total number of participants.

WHERE ARE WE SLEEPING WHILE ON THE TRIP?     A: We are staying at a very nice Christian Retreat Center nestled in the center of Eutaw! Also, there is a LIMITED option of family housing in cabins upon request at the retreat center, but first come first serve. CAN I BRING MY FAMILY/CHILDREN?    
A: Children are welcome to come as long as they are at least 10 years old.

WHAT WILL WE BE EATING?    
A: Meals are provided by the retreat center. The daily price for meals is included in your total trip price. (This excludes meals eaten to and from Eutaw).
WHAT TYPE OF WORK WILL WE BE DOING IN EUTAW?     A: the trips will mostly be centered around reaching out to children and single mothers in the community.   - VBS    - maintenance projects - Neighborhood BBQ / block parties - Cleaning up the community center.  - mini sports camp etc.

HOW DO I SAVE MY SPOT FOR THE TRIP?    
A: We do have a limited number of spots available for the trip, so the sooner we receive your check deposit of $100 per person the quicker we can confirm availability for you and your family.

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT FOR MY TRIP DUE?    
A: All payments have to be made by July 1st; otherwise, we will allow those on our waiting list to pay and attend in the vacant spot. No refunds will be given.
